1. Terms

AS AN EXPRESS CONDITION TO USING THIS WEBSITE, YOU MUST AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS. IF YOU DISAGREE WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE OUR WEBSITE. YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE, & ANY PARTICIPATION IN ACTIVITIES MENTIONED ON THIS WEBSITE, MEAN THAT YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

2. Use License

• Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Company's web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials;
• use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

4. Trainings, Workshops, Courses and Webinars Disclaimer

The information presented in trainings, courses, workshops and webinars is for educational and informational purposes only. Pegasus Counseling Services, LLC does not guarantee any results or outcomes from attending trainings or webinars. 

By enrolling in any of the trainings, courses, workshops and webinars offered, you are NOT engaging in a therapeutic relationship and you are NOT engaging in professional consultation or qualified supervision. 

If you need therapy, you need to engage the services of a mental health professional. Although Victoria Siegel is a licensed mental health counselor and licensed professional counselor, in providing the services offered here she is not offering therapy, nor is she responsible for any mental health issues you might have. 

If you need professional consultation or qualified supervision, you need to engage in those services with a qualified professional outside out the trainings, courses, workshops and webinars offered here. Although Victoria Siegel is a qualified supervisor in the state of FL, in providing the services offered here she is not offering qualified supervision or professional consultation, nor is she responsible for any supervision/consultation issues you might have. 

There may be risks associated with participating in activities mentioned on Pegasus Counseling Services, LLC with Victoria Siegel, MS, LMHC, LPC for people with pre-existing mental health conditions. Because these risks exist, you will not participate in such activities if you have a pre-existing mental health condition that may result in undue emotional risk. If you choose to participate, you do so of your own free will and accord, knowingly and voluntarily assuming all risks associated with such activities.

All data provided in this website is to be used for information personal growth, and professional growth purposes only. Products and services described are only offered in jurisdictions where they may be legally offered. Information provided is not all-inclusive, and is limited to information that is made available and such information should not be relied upon as all-inclusive or one hundred percent accurate. 

In the trainings, courses, workshops and webinars offered in Pegasus Counseling Services, LLC we may discuss many options for a specific problem or opportunity. You are expected to use your own good judgment in taking any actions that may relate to our discussions or given in a training or webinar. All decisions and actions are ultimately yours and yours alone to make. 

Attendance/Refund Policy: Registration in trainings, courses, workshops and webinars offered by Pegasus Counseling Services are on a first-come, first-served basis. If a participant leaves trainings, courses, workshops and webinars early or attends late, they will not be refunded for registration costs.  

Refunds for Live Events: Refunds will only be issued up to 7 days prior to live events. For refund requests after event date, participant will only be issued a refund with approved documentation depicting reasoning for not engaging in initial registered event (i.e. medical documentation, etc). The participant agrees to provide any requested documentation depicting emergency reasoning requested by the Company prior to approval of a refund and understands providing documentation does not guarantee a refund. The participant agrees that the Company's decision on whether to permit a refund is in the Company's full discretion and agrees to whatever outcome the Company decides. All refund request must be made within the past 60 days of payment submission to be considered. If participant is able to provide documentation and refund request was made within the past 60 days of payment submission, a full refund will be offered. If payment submission was more than 60 days from refund request or if the participant is unable to provide approved documentation for not engaging in initial registered training, participants agree and understand no refund will be issued.

Refunds for online non-live courses (i.e. computer-based trainings): Refunds will not be issued for computer-based trainings. Participant is solely responsible for completing course within permitted time frame and for completing course in its entirety. The only instances were refunds will be permitted is due to participant experiencing emergency reasons (ex. emergency medical issues). The participant agrees to provide any requested documentation depicting emergency reasoning requested by the Company prior to approval of a refund. The participant agrees that the Company's decision on whether to permit a refund is in the Company's full discretion and agrees to whatever outcome the Company decides. All refund request must be made within the past 60 days of payment submission to be considered.  

CE Credit: For trainings, courses, workshops and webinars where CE credit is offered, full attendance and participation is required for CE Credit. No partial credit will be awarded. 

For live events: Florida Mental Health Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage & Family Therapists who qualify for CE Credit, credit will be input into CEBroker within 30 days of completion. Participants are permitted to upload the credit to CEBroker on their own if they have qualified for credit. 

For online non-live courses (i.e. computer-based trainings): Florida Mental Health Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage & Family Therapists who qualify for CE credit are responsible for submitting earned CEs to the approved Florida reporting system (CEBroker). All the information needed to locate course will be found on completion certificate. 

Pegasus Counseling Services, LLC is approved to provide continuing education to LCSW’s, LMFT’s, and LMHC’s by the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling (Provider #: 50-28404, expires March 31, 2023). Professionals from other states or licensing boards are responsible for verifying with their state’s licensing board for continuing education rules, regulations, and approval prior to registering. Pegasus Counseling Services, LLC is not responsible for hours not accepted by other Florida boards or other state boards.

You agree to hold Pegasus Counseling Services, LLC, its owners, agents, and employees harmless from any and all liability for all claims for damages due to injuries, including attorney fees and costs, incurred by you or caused to third parties by you, arising out of the activities discussed on this website, excepting only claims for gross negligence or intentional tort. 

5. Limitations

In no event shall Company or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Company's Internet site, even if Company or a Company authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

The materials appearing on Company's web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Company does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Company may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Company does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Company has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. Some links happen to be affiliate links which means when you click the link to purchase something on this page. Affiliate links provide a small payment to the Company when a purchase is made using that link. There is no extra fee or cost for the consumer using the link.
